MA-100S semi-automatic precision cutting machine

Semi-automatic precision cutting machine MA-100S from MTDI Inc. (Korea). Provides excellent cut quality, with a surface roughness of 1 μm. The recirculating tank with a capacity of 50 liters eliminates the possibility of overheating of the samples.

The MA series includes high-speed cutting machines for metal, plastic, ceramics, composite and other materials. By supplying a large amount of cooling water (coolant), it is possible to minimize damage caused by temperature. A magnetic sensor is used to protect the user. The cutting machine is equipped with a large sight glass, through which it is convenient to observe the cutting process. Due to the presence of an LED lamp, inspection is possible under any direction.
